What to do if Your Front Load Washer Smells Bad.

Front loaders are at a greater risk for getting odors due to the mold which can get into the machine and to the way they are constructed. Because they do not have as much air flow going into them as a toploader, it is easier for them to get odors. Not to worry though, this is a problem you can deal with your self. The following video will give you some constructive tips on how to eliminate these odors.

Before attempting any repair on an appliance, be sure that you fully understand the required steps and that you can safely and competently use all of the required tools. Only use replacement parts of the same size, specifications and capacity as your original manufacturer's part.

In addition, be sure to pay very close attention to any and all safety cautions and warnings posted on the appliance being serviced. Understanding and adhering to these safety advisories can greatly reduce the risk of personal injury to yourself.

It is also always a good idea to have a first aid kit as well as a fire extinguisher on hand in case of emergencies, be sure you understand how to use both before starting. If you are unsure about any of the steps in the repair procedure, it is recommended you call your local appliance repair technician for your own safety.
